ドラマちょうだい！: Shinya Shokudo opening theme

Found myself truly addicted to TV Drama before I knew what hit me. Although my earlier favourites were J-Drama (from the earlier days of Hitotsu Yane no Shita and Hyakuikkaime no Puropozu, really falling in love with it because of Long Vacation and Beach Boys), I'd watch Asian drama of any 'nationality'. Over the years, I've watched, laughed, cried over and forgotten so many dramas, now I prefer to stick to heartwarming family dramas, romantic comedies and mystery thrillers. I like historical too but ... J-Drama (Taiga) are just hard to understand at times - and too epic. What I can't imagine - having nothing to watch.

Jumped on the J-Drama bandwagon pretty late, and watched a few shows half-heartedly before completely falling for News no Onna. Absolute favourite dramas include Orange Days and Nobuta wo Produce. I love shows with character depth/development and a good ensemble cast most, with a preference for slice-of-life, or friendship/family dramas. Romantic comedies are fun, too! I don't get along with mysteries or historicals very well, although lately there have been more than a few exceptions - for mysteries, at least.
